It's Not All About Food!

If it's not about food then what is it about? It's about how we feel about ourselves.

Why are we willing to commit ourselves to others, or other things and do a good job, put 110% in?

Yet we don't commit to taking care of ourselves. We don't commit to do the best every day for our health and wellness.

Eat well!

Treat ourselves to a massage or Reiki session or time outside in nature.

Take a day to do what we want to do, just for fun!

Build ourselves up, so we can be all that we are meant to be!

Believe in ourselves! If we don't who will?

Why, just ask yourself why we don't do these things!
