Make sleep a priority: Go to bed within 1 hour of the same time each evening. Wake up within 1 hour of the same time each morning. Your body will then be better able to activate the proper hormones needed to go to sleep and then wake up in the morning.
Drink water! Lots of it! Half of your body weight in ounces is a good place to start. No, coffee and tea do not count. Add lemon, cucumber, watermelon or fruit to your water for a little zip.
BREATHE! Take deep breaths in, and long exhalations out. Deep breathing is one of the easiest ways to calm and quiet your body/mind.
